§ 1 Definitions

Website Operator – means the company PZ Stelmach Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Opole, ul. Północna 22, 45-805 Opole

2.

Cookies – mean IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website's pages.

3.

Website – means the webpage where the Operator runs the website, operating in the domain of stelmach.pl.

4.

Device – an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website pages.

5.

a User – means an entity for which services may be provided within the Website.

§ 2 Types of cookies used

§ 3 The purposes for which cookies are used

Cookies are used on the Website for statistical purposes (regarding visit statistics) and to ensure the proper operation of the Website and provide more tailored content.
