§ 1 Definitions
Website Operator – means the company PZ Stelmach Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Opole, ul. Północna 22, 45-805 Opole
Cookies – mean IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website's pages.
Website – means the webpage where the Operator runs the website, operating in the domain of stelmach.pl.
Device – an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website pages.

§ 2 Types of cookies used
Cookies used by the Operator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted or malware software to enter Users' Devices this way.
